National Science Day 2022, better known as National Science Day or India Science Day, is scheduled to be observed on 28 February 2022 across India. The day commemorates 28 February each year to mark the discovery of the Raman effect by Indian physicist Sir C. V. Raman on 28 February 1928. For his discovery, Sir C.V. Raman was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930.

National Science Day is celebrated on 28 February every year. The day commemorates various contributions made by eminent personality Dr. CV Raman in different areas of science and technology.

Why Celebrated?
National Science Day is observed to commemorate and honor the scientific achievements of the great physicist and noble laureate – Dr. CV Raman, values of science, and spirit of inquiry. It is a celebration held on 28 February every year across India and in different parts of the world by government organizations, schools, colleges, universities, science organizations, and other groups to commemorate achievements in science.
The main objective of celebrating National Science Day is to create awareness among the general public about the importance of sciences in improving quality of life.

What Are The Activities?
Write a proposal for your activity. Try to get 1/3rd audience engaging in it by posing questions that would make them curious and 1/3rd audience getting solutions and answers they are looking for, 1/3rd audience giving their contribution to society.
